OWINGS MILLS -- Ravens making several changes to the roster this week.  With the early ankle injury Michael Pierce suffered in Ravens' win on Sunday, cornerback Iman Marshall coming off of injured reserve this week, and the wide receiver De'Anthony Thomas signing last week, moves have been made.

Head coach John Harbaugh said on Monday that Pierce is "day-to-day" however the defensive line could use some help if he is out or limited.  Per Ian Rapoport, the Ravens are signing defensive tackle Justin Ellis to the 53-man roster.
Ellis worked out previously for the Chiefs and Lions.  He was placed on injured reserve by the Raiders on August 31, and then released on October 8.  They also sign veteran defensive tackle Domata Peko.  Peko played in all 16 games with the Broncos last season totaling 31 tackles.

CB/RS Cyrus Jones has been waived, along with defensive end Ufomba Kalamu.  Jones muffed a punt in Ravens prime time win against the Patriots in Week 9 that was recovered by cornerback Patriots' Justin Bethel.  In the eight games he played with the Ravens this season, he was averaging 9.4 per punt return.  He was inactive on Sunday against the Cincinnati Bengals, where Thomas was the primary specialist on kick and punt returns.  Thomas had one 8-yard punt return and one 18-yard kick return on Sunday.  Defensive tackle Daylon Mack was also placed on injured reserve.  He popped up late on Fridays' injury report with a hip and knee injury.
