Radio.com NBA Insider Kendrick Perkins joined Vinny and Haynie to reflect on tragic passing of Kobe Bryant.  Perkins said Kobe was "larger than life" and called him "the most influential player of this generation."

Perkins said Kobe had "more mental toughness than any other athlete."  Perkins also gave several stories of him meeting Kobe and his growing relationship with him throughout the years.

Former Terp and Laker Laron Profit also joined Vinny and Haynie and recalled his time as a teammate of Kobe's in LA.  Profit said hearing the news "was one of the most devastating blows I have had in a long time," because Kobe "was invincible to us."

Profit was extremely complimentary of Kobe's work ethic and said "I have never seen anyone more dedicated to their craft than Kobe.  He left every ounce of his ability on the court."  Profit also said Kobe and Michael Jordan "in how they view the game and competition."
