Senior ESPN Writer Keith Law joined Vinny and Haynie earlier today to go over his 2019 ranking of all 30 MLB farm systems and offered some good news and bad news for the franchise.  The bad news for Orioles fans is the Birds came in dead last.  The good news is the future looks bright.

Law says that he bases the rankings on as broad a collection of information as he can.  He says he has seen many of these prospects,  talked to many scouts and executives about prospects, and talked to team officials about their systems.

Law believes part of the Orioles poor ranking is due to individual players regressing in the minors.  He also thinks there are many systemic problems within the farm system that need to be corrected.  Law believes the Orioles did "wonderfully" with the hiring of Mike Elias.

Law's analysis of the O's farm system drastically differs from Baseball America, who ranked the Orioles 17th at the conclusion of the 2018 season.

Law spoke about several prospects including Austin Hays, DL Hall, Grayson Rodriguez, Dean Kremer, and Ryan Mountcastle.  He also talked about who the Orioles could target with the number one pick. Listen to find out who.
