Two stats that give Ravens advantage against Pittsburgh

The Ravens have a huge division matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers Sunday in Baltimore.

Baltimore won the last matchup in week 4, a convincing 26-14 victory in Pittsburgh. Although the Ravens had a clear edge in the first game, this Steelers team has found their groove as of late. They have won their past three games, including two divisional wins.

Even though the Ravens have lost three of their past four games, there are two stats that give hope to fans come this Sunday.

Within the division, November has proven to be generous for the Ravens.

The Ravens have started the past three seasons at 4-4, but the decision of this game can set the stage for the Ravens season. With a win, the Ravens can be 5-4 into bye week before hosting the Bengals. With a loss, the Ravens may be too deep in a hole that they can't dig out of.

Another stat that holds well for the Ravens is their success in November during the John Harbaugh era.

It's important to note that the game against the Steelers is one of three November games for the Ravens, along with home games against the Bengals and Raiders.
