Following a 27-14 win over the Denver Broncos, the Baltimore Ravens announced a pair of roster moves on Monday.

The Ravens waived defensive back Robertson Daniel and signed center Hroniss Grasu.

The offensive line struggled against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 2 – giving up four sacks – but bounced back with a solid performance this week, limiting Von Miller and the Broncos’ pass rush.

Grassu started in 12 games for the Chicago Bears from 2015-2017. He was placed on injured reserve during the 2016 season and was released before the start of this season.

According to Pro Football Focus, Grassu’s performance on the field in Chicago was nothing to be excited about. He earned a 51.9 grade as a rookie in eight starts during and 31.5 in six starts two seasons later.

The Ravens were bitten by the injury bug last season and lost important pieces in the process. Depth is always crucial on the offensive line and Grassu’s signing makes sense following the release of Jermaine Eluemunor on Saturday.
