In any NFL game, staying healthy is arguably the most important factor in the season. So far, the Ravens (1-0) have been for the most part.

Ahead of their Week 2 matchup with the Bengals, the Ravens announced four players will not play Thursday night.

The loss of Kenneth Dixon for the season can prove paramount unless Alex Collins bounces back. In last week’s win over Buffalo, Collins ran for just 13 yards and also fumbled.

Hurst hasn’t played since August, after undergoing a foot procedure. He’s expected to return within the next two weeks. His absence is smaller than Dixon’s, since the tight end group has looked strong with Maxx Williams, Nick Boyle, and Mark Andrews combining for nine catches and 103 yards.
