The Baltimore Ravens announced on Tuesday that defensive tackle Willie Henry has been placed on injured reserve with a herniated disk in his back.

Just three games after returning from hernia surgery, Henry is sidelined with yet another injury this season.

Following the news, the Ravens made two corresponding roster moves - activating OL Jermaine Eluemunor from the practice squad and signing OL Kofi Amichia to fill the open spot.

With the health of Alex Lewis and James Hurst in question, the Ravens add crucial depth to the offensive line. Eluemunor will likely act as a last-resort reserve lineman. He struggled as a rookie and the play of Bradley Bozeman and Orlando Brown Jr. is a much more encouraging sign.

Despite releasing Austin Howard and losing Ryan Jensen to free agency this offseason, the Ravens’ offensive line has offered mixed results.

They’ve given up just 13 sacks as a unit but run blocking has left much to be desired.

Amichia - a sixth-round draft pick by the Green Bay Packer last year - has yet to see playing time in his early NFL career.
