With the Ravens participating in joint practice with the Eagles before their preseason matchup Thursday night, the most impressive kicker surprisingly was not Justin Tucker.

Typically, 50+ yard field goals isn’t an easy feat for kickers besides Tucker. In During his seven-year career with the Ravens, Tucker has connected on 70.4% of field goals 50 yards or further.

On Wednesday, kicker Carli Lloyd connected on two field goals including this 55-yarder.

Lloyd, 37, was a key contributor for the U.S. Women’s Soccer Team en route to a second World Cup. In seven matches, Lloyd scored three goals for Team USA.

Fortunately Lloyd, a passionate Eagles fan, will not be suiting up against the Ravens Thursday night.

The idea of another kicker outperforming Tucker getting outperformed doesn’t seem right, no matter how rare the occurrence comes around.
