The success of Lamar Jackson hasn't come without the offensive line and Ronnie Stanley is playing at an All-Pro level.

According to Pro Football Focus, Stanley has the highest pass-blocking grade among tackles (91.5), and has allowed only five pressures this season.

Stanley has solidified the left tackle position in Baltimore since coming into the league as a first-round pick in 2016. He's missed just two starts from 2017-2018 and has started all 10 games this season.

The Ravens exercised Stanley's fifth-year option during the offseason, which will keep him in Baltimore through the 2020 season. But given his play, the Ravens will help to extend Stanley's stay even longer. Finding quality offensive tackles is exetremly hard, especially at the level Stanley is playing.

As Jackson continues to develop, it's imperative the Ravens surround him with took bookend tackles. They have that with Stanley and Orlando Brown Jr. on the edge.

Stanley has shown his toughness and ability to play through injury. With the young core the Ravens are putting together on the offensive side of the ball, I can't imagine they'll let Stanley hit the open market. In my opinion, he needs to stay around for the long-term. It's important to the success of Jackson and the entire offense.
