After playing in the season opener against the Bills, the Ravens place Canady on the IR for a thigh injury. Even then, coach John Harbaugh mentioned that the injury wouldn't be season-ending.
Canady's young career has been derailed by injuries. He has spent a majority of his first three seasons on the IR, sustaining a hamstring injury in 2016 and started last season on with a knee injury.
He impressed this offseason which allowed him to make the 53-man roster. Canady recorded two tackles in the 47-3 win over Buffalo in the season opener.
