Justin Tucker continues to rack up the accolades.

Tucker was named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week after hitting a pair of 52-yard field goals in the Ravens’ 27-14 win over the Denver Broncos.

This is the eighth time Tucker has received this honor in seven seasons, which speaks for itself.

His performance last Sunday set an NFL record for the most games with multiple 50+ yard field goals.

Tucker’s streak of 23 straight made field goals was also ended on Sunday with a block, but not without controversy. Chris Harris Jr. hurdled over long snapper Morgan Cox to make the play but it didn’t draw any flags from the officials.

Tucker is 5-of-6 from field goal range this season and has yet to miss an extra point in his career. He’s currently the most accurate field goal kicker in NFL history (90%) and continues to prove consistency and special teams dominance in a position where inconsistencies are a regular.

A Sunday night football road matchup looms against the Pittsburgh Steelers and Tucker’s leg will prove crucial yet again as the Ravens look for their third win of the season.
